OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The FutureMoney 529 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Future Money, Inc (“Sponsor”), located at 1 Washington St. #1553 Boston, MA 02108.

2. Entry period

This FutureMoney 529 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM PST on December 30, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on December 28, 2025 (“Entry Period” ). Within the Entry Period there are 52 separate weekly periods (“Weekly Period”). The weekly periods run from Monday at 12:00 AM PST to Sunday 11:59 PM PST.

Non-winning entries from one Weekly Period do not carry over into future Weekly Periods. Entries that are submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Sweepstakes using the ways to enter outlined below.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and DC (“Eligible Territory”) who will be 18 years or older at the time of the prize drawing. Void outside the EligibilityTerritory and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Any individual who has won a Prize from FutureMoney within 12 months of first being notified they are a winner is excluded from winning another Prize. Employees, agents, and officers of Sponsor and any company involved in the prize drawing, and, where applicable, the irrespective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of employees each are not eligible to win the Sweepstakes.

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to, acceptance of, and compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements contained within these Official Rules.

4. How to enter

There are two (2) ways to enter:

FUND YOUR FUTUREMONEY ACCOUNT: Every dollar invested, up to $529, in a FutureMoney Junior Roth IRA or a 529 Plan Account will receive an entry. $1invested into a FutureMoney Account = 1 entry. Only valid on net new dollars, not valid on failed transactions.
ENTER FOR FREE: To enter without making a purchase, enter via the FutureMoney App, log into your free or paid account, and shake your phone daily. The number of free entries will be equal to the number of consecutive days that you shake (example: shaking daily for three (3) consecutive days would provide you with three (3) entries on day three (3)).

BONUS ENTRIES: If and when Bonus entries are introduced they will be awarded for creating a “Shake Squad” of where you invite others to enter. For every day that you shake with your shake squad, that enters an additional one (1) entry per person that shakes in your squad that day is earned. (For example, there are five (5) people in your shake squad, and three (3) shake their phone that day, those three active participants would receive three (3) entries each).

Alternative for users without a FutureMoney account: To enter without making a purchase, ensure you have downloaded the FutureMoney app on the Google Play or Apple App Store, and proceed to enter by opening up the application, shaking your phone with the FutureMoney App open on the home screen, enter in the required information , and wait for your confirmation of entry. No entry is valid unless and until an entry confirmation has been received. There is a limit of one (1) entry per 10 minutes.

Eligible entrants must enter via either theFunding or Free method as described.

Max entries per either method is 529 entries per week regardless of method of entry.

Any attempt by an entrant to enter in any method other than those specifically outlined in this paragraph, obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, and/or any other methods will void that entrant's entry and that entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Any use of robotics and/or programs for the purpose of repetitive Entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry service(s)) will void all Entries by that Entrant. In thee vent of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be considered to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

Only fully completed entries are eligible. Incomplete entries are void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, postage due, illegible or misdirected entries.

5. Prize drawing

The potential winner(s) will be determined in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the respectiveWeekly Period. There will be one winner selected each week on or about the following dates in 2025:

Odds of winning the Prize(s) depend on the number of eligible entries received during the respective Weekly Period.

7. Winner(s) notification

The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential Winner(s) via email on or about the corresponding selection date per the chart made available in Paragraph 6. (“Winner Notification”). Failure to respond to the Winner Notification within three (3) business days, will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential Winner(s) may be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Potential Winner(s) will be required to complete, sign, and submit an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Publicity Release, and a Liability Release and Indemnification (where allowed by law), as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively, “ Prize Claim Documents”) and return them, properly executed, within five (5) business days of notification as a condition of acceptance of prize. Failure to return Prize Claim Documents as specified will result in the entry being disqualified and an alternative winner selected.

8. Prizes

Fifty-two (52) prizes (“Prizes”) are available to be awarded, with a prize being made available each week of 2025.

Prize Details: $529 into a FutureMoney Account will be awarded to one winner each calendar week. The winner selection schedule can be found in Paragraph 6 of these Official Rules.

Approximate Retail Value of all Prizes: $27,508.

Prize(s) are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize(s) for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize(s) should become unavailable for any reason. Any taxes on prize(s) won’t be the sole responsibility of the winner.

All prize(s) are subject to the conditions found in these Official Rules. Should the winner not wish to take delivery of the Prize(s) in a FutureMoney Account, the Winner may elect to take a cash alternative which is $529 in cash. Should the winner select the cash alternative the winner will receive $529 and no other consideration or prizing.

Any depiction of the Prize(s) is for illustrative purposes only, Sponsor expressly disclaims any and all liability.

9. Publicity

By entry into this Sweepstakes, Winner(s) consent to the use of their names, identities, and/or photographs for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. Winners' list

For a list of Prize Winner(s), go to www.futuremoney.co/winner-list for updated winner information. Prize Winner(s) list requests received prior to the end of the Entry Period will not be acknowledged or returned, in addition to requests received after March 1, 2026.

11. General conditions

Limit one prize per person and per household for the Sweepstakes. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment . The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these OfficialRules or in a disruptive manner.

Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney's fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

12. Release

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and, where applicable, each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims or causes of action to injury or damage to persons or property, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use, inability to use, or misuse of any Prize(s), including any related travel or activity.

13. Limitation of liability

The Released Parties are not responsible for:

Any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes.
Technical errors or failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, unavailability, failures, difficulties, interruptions, or disconnections to the internet, in phone lines or network hardware or software.
Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the entry process
Technical, mechanical, network, electronic, computer, printing, typographical, or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the processing of entries.
Late, lost, incomplete, incomprehensible, illegible undeliverable, damaged, delayed, postage-due, misdirected or stolen entries.
Any other errors or problems in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of the Winner(s), or the processing of entries.

Entrant waives the right to claim any damages, including but not limited to punitive, inconsequential, direct, or indirect damages.

If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, if it is possible.

14. Privacy policy

Personal information collected in conjunction with entry is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy available at https://www.futuremoney.co/legal-privacy.

By entering this sweepstakes, entrants may receive marketing materials, communications, and other materials from Sponsor and or other companies whose products and services Sponsor feels might interest entrants at a future date. An entrant not interested in receiving this material, should click on the unsubscribe link in the welcome email to notify Future Money, Inc. of entrants desire not to receive such materials.

15. Disputes

Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees to the fullest extent permitted by law to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor from and all any and all claims. In the event of any, all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes or any Prize(s) shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Delaware. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Delaware or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Delaware.

Your investments are eligible for protection of up to $500,000 (including $250,000 for cash) under SIPC coverage in the event of a brokerage firm's financial failure. SIPC coverage does not protect against market losses.
